最近愛上了編織，鉤針美美的Doily不只是成品美，還可以作成籃子喔!
鉤織美麗的Doily圖案參考Bluesky，在這裡要教大家鉤織完之後要怎麼作定型讓它變成籃子。
Recently I'm in love with crochet and knitting. This beautiful doily isn't just pretty but also useful. The pattern is from Bluesky. I'm teaching you how to blocking this doily into bowl.

要讓用細綿線編織的柔軟的Doily變成硬挺的籃子要用到的材料有:
- 2湯匙澱粉 (我用的是地瓜粉，國外教學大多用玉米粉，可
- 半杯水 (分兩半，1/4+1/4)
- 瓦斯爐 或 電磁爐
- 可加熱的鍋子
- 保鮮膜+碗 或 氣球
1. 將1/4杯水倒入鍋內，加熱。
2. 把2湯匙的澱粉加入1/4杯水中攪勻，等水滾後加入鍋內。(鍋內:1/2杯水+ 2湯匙澱粉)
3. 邊加熱邊攪，以免沾鍋，最後成果要像糨糊狀(下圖)，如果覺得不夠稠可以再增加澱粉量。
成分參考craftingagreenworld(他用1湯匙澱粉，但不容易達到糨糊狀，我直接用2湯匙，如果不需要定型到太硬的狀況用1湯匙即可)
To block the soft doily into stiff bowl, you need:
- 2 tbsp starch (Mostly use corn starch, I use sweet potato power. Just use the most accessible starch in your place.)
- 1/2 cup water ( into two, 1/4 + 1/4)
- stove
- pot
- food wrap +bowl (mold for crochet bowl) or balloon
1. heating up 1/4 cup water in pot
2. add 2 tbsp starch into 1/4 cup water, stir to mix, add to pot after the water is boiled in pot. (1/2 cup water + 2 tbsp starch in pot)
3. stir the mixture while heating. the final mixture should look like as below. If not, you can add more starch and heat for more.
The recipe refer to craftingagreenworld. ( It uses 1 tbsp for normal stiffener. I use 2 tbsp to blocking the crochet bowl.)
等澱粉糊降到室溫後，將doily浸到澱粉糊裡搓揉，讓每一個部份都吸收到澱粉糊。
將要使用作定型的碗包上保鮮膜(方便脫模)，再將沾滿糨糊的doily放上，調整好位置，就可以拿到通風的地方或是曬太陽等它乾了。急的話也可以直接吹電風扇，或是吹風機。
也可以用氣球作定型，圓弧形狀會更明顯，風乾後再拆掉打結的地方或直接戳破。
Cooling down the mixture to room temperature. Dip the doily into the mixture to make every inch of doily absorb the mixture.
Cover the bowl (mold) by food wrap and place the wet doily on it to the position you like, then dry it by sun or wind or fan or hair dryer.
You can also use balloon for mold. In this case you don't need food wrap. You can untie the knot or stab it after the doily is dry.
等到乾了，就完全變硬，成為漂亮又實用的鉤織蕾絲籃子了。如果之前塗太多澱粉糊，孔洞之間有一些討厭的澱粉屑，就噴一些水等到乾了就會自動消失。

When it dry out, it got stiffen. It's so amazing from soft to stiff! If find some holes cover by the starch, you can spray some water and it will disapear.
