牙套日記1- 剛裝上排一個月

看到這張照片更深深感覺到

啊~~還真的要做牙套啊!牙齒真的是很亂!!!

10月因為右下方第一顆小臼齒蛀掉，根管治療，

而開始了我的牙套人生啊!~~

10月中就開始各大矯正診所、醫院諮詢，

先問了蘇明圳，再問昱新牙醫，最後離家最近的國泰醫院。

每問了一家都覺得啊~好像可以在這裡作，不過最後還是決定在國泰醫院，

因為國泰的黃醫師讓我最覺得安心又輕鬆，

而且家人也覺得在國泰又離家近的地方比較好。

(真的很輕鬆，要裝牙套的時候還問我橡皮筋的顏色要不要聖誕節的顏色啊?)

到目前矯正了一個月覺得這個決定是對的!

為什麼呢?~

因為啊~~~

裝上去之前跟之後都要常常跑醫院啊!!!!

裝上去之前要拔牙，裝上去之後突發狀況一大堆，

我只是裝個上排，除了裝的那一次，還回去四次醫院!!!

矯正器讓我無法咬啊、線圈卡牙齦啊、

鋼絲突出啊、矯正器掉了啊 

四次!!!!!

好險真的算是離家近，走路個十幾分鐘，

不然還得跑一次台北市區真的是會身心俱疲啊!



最後放一張我的矯正器加橡皮筋，

最後我選擇了粉紅色喔~~^.＜

I don't know should I or shouldn't I type my braces diary in English. 
Does it useful for English speakers of overseas braces diary??
Anyway for first post, still have the English one, just less details.


I was advised to wear braces when I was young, but I thought I'm fine with it, born like this, why change? 
And it should be quite painful, and ugly. 
However, in Oct, I found one more tooth needs to do root canal and why there's cavity in the tooth? Cuz it's overlapping with other teeth!! God!!
Even if I want to make a crown after the treatments, it's pretty hard, so finally I decided to wear braces.


I have consulted 3 dentist before deciding the one to go for braces. Finally, I decided to go to Cathay General Hospital, the nearest one from my home. I'm glad that I made this decision, cuz before and after wearing braces I need to go to hospital many times.
Within one month of wearing braces for my upper part of teeth, I went to hospital for 4 times excluding the one appointment of attaching braces. 

can't bite due to retainer 、string hurts、wire hurts、retainer lost 4 times!! lol
